Los Angeles Syndicate of Technology, Inc. (OTC: LAST) is a publicly traded Startup Incubator that builds web and mobile technology companies.

LAST provides retail investors with their first opportunity to participate in the extremely lucrative world of startup tech investing normally limited to VCs and Silicon Valley Insiders.

The LAST structure allows investors to access early stage tech venture capital by investing in our diversified and professionally managed portfolio, and provides exciting dividend return potential along with the liquidity of a publicly traded stock.
