Locu is building marketing solutions to help local businesses thrive. Merchants lose $10B each year due to inaccurate or missing local data. More than 20,000 merchants already use Locu’s menu platform to get found and keep their information, such as specials, opening hours and photos, up-to-date in real-time on their web and mobile sites as well as a network of partners, including Yelp, Foursquare, OpenTable, TripAdvisor and Facebook. Locu was founded by MIT graduates and is backed by investors including General Catalyst Capital Partners, Lowercase, Lightbank, and SV Angel.
