Localphone
Localphone provides cheap international calls via landlines, mobiles, and the Internet.
Their stated goal is to lower communication costs by whatever means an individual has at their disposal, and to this end they offer a number of telephony products under the Localphone brand: Localphone Direct Dial (pinless dialling); Localphone Calling Card (dial-through); and Localphone VoIP (internet telephony).
In their first year of business Localphone expanded rapidly into multiple markets, as of early 2009 operating their Direct Dial and Calling Card products across 44 countries with over 66,000 access numbers. The Company’s VoIP offering can be used from anywhere in the world with a broadband Internet connection.
