Linkool Labs’ goal is to evolve the semantic web by making the web browser a smarter, more powerful tool for web users. Our first consumer product, Juice, is both a software product and an intelligent, on-demand web service that provides rich and contextually relevant information to web users – delivered in a way that enhances, without disrupting, web users’ browsing experience.
Contextually relevant information delivered by Juice is based on Linkool Labs’ proprietary, multilingual intelligent discovery engine. This proprietary engine, comprised of a natural language processing system and a dictionary management system, intelligently connects the keywords with the most relevant information from high quality web services.
Founded in 2005, Linkool Labs is a Beijing-based software developer funded by angel investors in Silicon Valley.

Juice by Linkool Labs, is both a software product and an intelligent, on-demand web service that provides rich and contextually relevant information to web users – delivered in a way that enhances, without disrupting, web users’ browsing experience.
Juice collects rich information from a variety of information sources, from general-interest wikis and info portals to valued and reputable verticals. When a web user types a keyword or phrase in the browser’s default search box, or when the web user highlights and drags a keyword or phrase, a Juice query is triggered whereby Juice uses a proprietary semantic engine to search for rich information that is contextually relevant to the keyword or phrase. Juice then assembles and displays an information mashup in a sidebar area of the browser for the web user. This rich content delivers not only multi-layered but also contextually relevant information to the web user, thereby enriching the overall browsing experience.
As of October 2008, Juice is available (public beta) as a Firefox plugin.
