LineMetrics is an online solution for machine data acquisition (DAQ).
LineMetrics allows its users to acquire, visualize and evaluate performance data and key performance indicators of production line machines in industrial manufacturing plants.
LineMetrics consists in an external, web based DAQ software and a specifically developed DAQ harware box for raw data recording. The recorded data is autonomously and securely sent to the online service.
Traditional DAQ solutions cause high initial investment costs and take months to setup and integrate into production environments. LineMetrics uses custom DAQ components and introduces a new business model to the old economy. Within days LineMetrics can be setup and integrated with almost no investment costs besides a monthly fee.
