LikeLike was an early social networking website focused in two activities: asking and answering questions (or “polls”). Users that answered a lot of questions were awarded the ability to ask more of their own.
In 2000, LikeLike launched user profiles for users 13 years old and up. Profiles consisted of a profile photo and vitals, and a public poll and “similar user” recommendation engine driven by poll behavior.
