LensVector has developed an optical technology that can shape, steer and focus light without mechanical movement. LensVector technology allows miniature camera manufacturers to add optical features, like autofocus, automacro and video focus, without significantly increasing the size, weight or cost of the camera.
LensVector Auto Focus (LVAF) is the world’s smallest autofocus device. LensVector uses a technology to transform a simple liquid crystal cel into a variable focus lens. This technology applies a small control voltage to change the refractive index of the material the light passes through.
