Lattice Semiconductor Corporation (Lattice) designs, develops and markets programmable logic products and related software. Programmable logic products are semiconductor components that can be configured by end customers as specific logic circuits. The Company participates in both the field programmable gate arrays (FPGA) and programmable logic devices (PLD) markets. Its FPGA products include LatticeECP2M and LatticeECP3 low-power high-value FPGAs and LatticeXP and LatticeXP2 non-volatile FPGAs. Its PLD products include MachXO2, MachXO, ispMACH 4000ZE and ispMACH 4000Z. The Company’s end customers are primarily original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) in the communications, computing, consumer, industrial, military, automotive, and medical end markets.
