KULA Codes

KULA Codes provides manufactures and consumer packaged goods companies (CPGs) with a cause marketing campaign system to attract, engage, and retain customers through a visible commitment to community-based social responsibility.

With KULA Codes, our brand partners use „code on pack” labeling to provide their customers with a charitable donation reward. At the point of redemption (through white-labeled web & mobile applications), customers are required to register with the brand partner’s application before selecting the cause(s) they wish to support.

This valuable information helps KULA brand partners to better engage their customers with relevant offerings and/or cause-marketing initiatives that would otherwise only be available through more expensive retail channels.

KULA Exchange

Developed specifically for loyalty and frequent flyer programs, KULA Exchange enables loyalty program members to convert their unredeemed points/miles into tax-deductible charitable donations. This new type of redemption option helps to both re-engage dormant program members and reduce unredeemed point liabilities that burden many mature programs. Powerful referral marketing and social media connectivity tools increase the viral nature of communications, while location-based content provides users with current information on relevant causes in their local area.

KULA Rewards

KULA Rewards is a community-based coalition loyalty program for local brick & mortar merchants. Much like our predecessors (AirMiles Canada, Nectar UK, Payback Germany, etc), KULA Rewards promotes customer behavior change by providing a reward currency to loyal customers at the point of sale.

But unlike traditional coalition loyalty programs, KULA Rewards is offered exclusively to local merchant coalitions (e.g. Chambers of Commerce, business associations, etc.) –providing the tools merchants need to offer and incentivize “buy local” purchase behavior. Powerful program management tools further provide KULA brand partners with rich insights and new marketing channels across the coalition, which help to increase spend, share-of-wallet, acquisition and retention rates.

KULA Rewards lies in stark contrast to the current trend in local „Daily Deals” sites, which provide acquisition opportunities, yet fall short on retention and creation of meaningful brand loyalty.
