KOALA.CH aims at being market leader of online footwear in the Swiss market, through large selection, superior customer service and smart online marketing.

The website is live since November 2010 and the first sales results are encouraging.

The basic idea of KOALA.CH is to replicate the success of Zappos.com, Spartoo.fr, Sarenza.fr, or Zalando.de to capture quickly and profitably the leadership position in Swiss online footwear and reach 1 to 2% market share in 3 to 4 years.
