Keelvar is primarily targeting government bodies with a procurement optimisation solution that complies with strict EU procurement directives that constrain the actions of public bodies.

Keelvar’s technology originated from research at the world renowned 4C Artificial Intelligence laboratory on University College Cork, Ireland. The lab has the world’s largest concentration of experts in the field of constraint programming.
