Keboola is a software development house with passion for high availability (ideally with some cool web or mobile application in the front) and mobile apps (ideally with some cool cloud solution on the back end).
We provide specialized development services for our clients, but our true calling comes from product development. We serve as idea incubator - we invest our expertise, time and resources into great concepts and projects, helping ideas that would otherwise never see the light of existence find their way to become viable commercial products. We are a self-funded company, but we do team up with angel investors where needed to move larger projects along.
Our two current projects well representing our main areas of competence are Tracklings (simple user friendly yet technically sophisticated iPhone app for event based, user-empowering location sharing), and OpenBrand (Cloud solution for brand asset management, brand value protection and brand enrichment).
Our strong data analytics background provides us with tools to both help our projects excel and also to help our corporate clients with their analytics and BI needs. We are Good Data solution provider.

Tracklings is location sharing iPhone app for practical use.
Instead of broadcasting your location to “friends”, or checking in at a location, it takes a different view. Every time you want to share your location, there is a practical reason (an event) and a particular group of people involved. Different time, different event, different people… Like business meeting one day, bike trip the next.
There is no account to be set up, no friends to be confirmed. Just name the event, select people you want to share your location from the contact list, and that’s it. Invitations get sent via SMS or e-mail and the event stays on until closed by the organizer. Each participant can leave the event any time, effectively stopping sharing of their location.
Tracklings is an honest paid app, with no advertisements, location data sharing with third parties etc. The user pays for the app, the user has control of what happens with their data. There is a free Tracklings Lite app available for people who only want to participate in events organized by others.
Tracklings can also run the whole day without draining the battery, and still provide real-time GPS location.
