KashFlow Software Ltd. provides SaaS accounting software for small businesses. It offers KashFlow, an online tool designed to help owner managers in small businesses to manage their accounts, as well as to translate business data into graphical reports of business performance, such as monthly sales and income, product/service sales per month, income generated from products/services, and income generated by customers.

The company also provides an XML interface to their accounting software that allows other programs to enter data in to their account and/or retrieve data; and accounting software add-ons in the areas of payroll, payroll processing, e-commerce systems, CRM, and time and/or project management.

It serves business owner/managers, business software providers, programmers, and business service providers. The company offers its products through resellers.

As well as receiving praise from Bill Gates, Alistair Darling and Prince Charles, the company has won various awards including beating industry leaders Sage and Quickbooks in the Software Satisfaction Awards that are independently voted on by software users.

The company, based in London, was founded by itâ€™s CEO, Duane Jackson. It is chaired by The Rt Hon Lord Young of Graffham, former Secretary of State for Trade and Industry and former chairman of Cable & Wireless
