Kalido, Ltd. was formerly known as Highpike Limited and changed its name to Kalido, Ltd. in 2001.

The company was founded in 1997 and is based in Burlington, Massachusetts. Kalido, Ltd. is a prior subsidiary of Royal Dutch Shell.
