Jobvite is a new on-demand recruitment application for growing companies that manages the entire recruiting and hiring process. Employees throughout the company are typically involved, planning headcount, scheduling interviews, providing candidate evaluations, approving offers or suggesting referral candidates. What is interesting is how Jobvite allows the whole company to collaborate on making hires.

The Jobvite dashboard is very clean and allows for optimal usability. For example, on the candidates tab, users can access information from the candidate database and organize the results with search, sort, and data filters functions. They can also create collections of candidates with specific skill-sets or job functions. Jobvite customers include TiVo, Infinera, SupportSoft, Mattson Technology and Tellme Networks.
