Jobstick is a matchmaker between employers and young legal professionals (students, lawyers, paralegals). Jobstick’s 2-way matching technology, matches candidate profiles against company and job profiles.
Candidates and employers remains anonymous. Candidate profiles includes job preferences (such as desired salary, location, firm type, …), job skills, employment history, academics, and many more. Employers enter their company’s profile as well as the profile of their job posting containing similar information as the Candidate profile.
Qualified matches are graded and ranked, making it easy for candidates and employers to see their best respective matches.
On Jobstick, job posting is free, as is the matching. Payment takes place only if the employer wants to interview the candidate and vice-versa - at which time anonymity is removed.
