JC Applications Development Ltd (JCAD) is a UK based company specialising in the development of claims handling and risk management software applications.
Founded in 1991, JCAD today has a client base of over 160 public and private sector organisations in the UK, Europe and the USA.
JCAD LACHS has been developed in conjunction with claims managers over the last two decades and provides a complete solution for claims management. The system provides the claims handler with workflow and action plans, a clear database for claims enquiries, the option for web based submissions and enquiries and a range of operational, management and performance reports. Client’s data can be migrated from a variety of legacy systems such as Aon’s Omega, Zurich Municipal’s QLAS and many others.
JCAD RISK is a web based application offering an Enterprise Risk Management Framework for organisations. The Risk Assessment, terminology and setup can be customised and risk profiles are created via a traffic light methodology allowing risks to be assessed at gross, net and target stages.
JCAD offers full support with its software solutions. Support hours are 9am - 5.30pm Monday to Friday (excluding Bank holidays).
