iVenturers wants to make more funds available to early stage companies:
1- decrease the cost of funding and therefore equity 2- decrease the asymmetry of information and therefore better estimate the value of the startup and reduce the risk of investment 3 - lower significantly the cost of entry and leave the consumer-owner the choice of the startup he wants to invest in 4 - increase the probability of success through appropriate tutoring and follow-up
