A mashup of several technologies, including an AI-powered knowledgebase and several web-mining techniques, work together to provide a simple solution to a common problem: getting an answer to a question.
Users interact with Weegy through an online chat interface, engaging her in problem-solving conversations. When Weegy cannot continue a conversation, she will immediately contact an expert to help her continue the conversation. The live conversation becomes a part of Weegy’s knowledgebase and she will respond automatically to similar questions in the future.
