InstantService

InstantService (now Oracle) is an application service provider of integrated chat, email management, knowledge base and lead capture solutions.

ATG acquired InstantService in January 2010 for $17M. Oracle acquired ATG and InstantService IP for $1 billion in November 2010.

The original InstantService web site remains online at wwwc.instantservice.com.
