INISMO is a web-based service of LUZEO GmbH in the sector of information services. It is a webplattform for entrepreneurs to present their business concepts to a collection of potential investors via the world wide web. We provide the entrepreneur the chance to guide his business through every financial stage by obtaining funding from his feasible new incubator, business angel, venture capitalist, private equity company or other capital/ knowledge providers.
INISMOs’ uniquenes is its service to both, entrepreneurs & investors: a preassembled presentation structure for projects, deal-flow management system, deal-room for the negotiation process (incl. Chat and Videoconference), termsheet-creator (seed/ series a funding round) and advice (almost for entrepreneurs) till the closing. Moreover we serve multilingual user interface, a translation service for documents, daily messages about project stats and later on a project consultant service.
