Imsys AB designs and supplies networked microprocessor solutions to OEMs in the market of Embedded Control and Telematic systems.
Imsys’ patented technology for reconfigurable microprocessor cores enables cost effective integration of connectivity to machines or entire plants, as well as to field devices located outside the main facilities, providing remote control, monitoring and optimization of such assets. The processors are programmed in C/C++, assembler or Java. For efficient Java execution the full Java byte codes are part of a special instruction set. The platform is well suited for advanced Java ME systems with many threads.
