Through OPENSURVEY, the company utilizes the mobile to change the way how surveys are done conventionally. It empowers clients to be insightful through fast and cost effective gathering of customer opinion using mobile application.

The company received an angel funding from Daniel Shin, the co-founder of TicketMonster which was later bought over by LivingSocial for $350M. Jay H. Eum (co-founder of Translink Capital), Sungmoon Cho (co-founder of GAMEVIL, listed at KOSDAQ) and Benjamin Joe (Vice President at Facebook Korea) also invested in IDINCU.

The business is growing rapidly with an aid of investment from SoftBank Ventures and Stonebridge Capital, and now working with 280+ corporate clients including Samsung Electronics, 3M, L’Oréal, and Johnson&Johnson.
