Originally known as YouTube Desktop, iDesktop.tv is a web-based interface for viewing videos from YouTube in a desktop-like environment. Users can navigate videos by categories and popularity, watch multiple videos at one time with players that can be dragged and resized, even save videos to your hard drive in a variety of formats. Current YouTube users can also import their user profiles and settings into iDesktop.tv.

The service is an attempt to provide added functionality to video sharing giant YouTube.
