Identive is focused on building the world’s signature company in Secure ID. We provide a range of offerings along the value chain of identification-based technologies – from core RFID components to fully integrated identity management systems. Our products, software, systems and services address the markets for identity management, physical and logical access control, near field communications (NFC) and a host of RFID-enabled applications. To address the market for secure identification-based technologies, Identive provides products and solutions through two operating segments, “Identification Products & Components” and “Identity Management Solutions & Services.”
Identive leverages a technology base that includes more than 120 global patents in 40 patent families. Our core offerings include market-leading smart card readers/terminals, RFID transponders, software, security systems as well as integration and other services that position us to address three unique convergence trends:
the integration of physical and logical access systems; the enhancement of smart cards with contactless technologies; and the marriage of secure identification technologies with mobile communication.
Our growth model is based on a combination of strong technology-driven organic growth and disciplined acquisitive expansion.
