ICUâ„¢ Live! is a corporate Desktop Collaborative Web Conferencing solution. It enables users to Video Conference with up to 36 others via their PCs, with H.323 Real-Time protocol for video conference over IP Networks, LANs and Internet.
With ICUâ„¢ Live! it is possible to share documents, video clips & PowerPoint presentations, make free Internet Calls, discuss ideas via the integrated Whiteboard, send Instant Messages & large files, record meetings to Playback or Broadcast as required …and more from £5 per UK user per month (€10 per non-UK user.)
This Desktop Solution works on most PCs and Laptops fitted with a webcam. Using a standard internet connection, it allows you to interact face to face and share data with: Staff at other sites, staff on the move, home-workers, customers, business partners, suppliers, training personnel, interview candidates. The many benefits of our Desktop Solution and Room Systems include: Improved productivity, reduced operating costs and speedier decision making.
In the Video Conferencing suite it is possible to make or receive calls from any IP and ISDN based Video Conferencing System, anywhere in the world.
The following rates apply for IP and ISDN (ISDN dial-out call charges extra) video calls and include the hiring of the suite from our West London based office: £100 per hour between office hours: Mon - Fri 9am - 5pm (Minimum hire period of 1hr) £150 per hour outside office hours: Mon-Fri: 7am - 9am & 5pm - 7pm (Minimum hire period of 1.5hr ) Negotiable rates are available for regular clients and/or bulk bookings. Maximum of 6 persons attending the London office, during a conference call. Rates charged at 15 minute increments. Rates are exclusive of VAT.
