I Love Rewards creates corporate online, points-based rewards and recognition programs to drive sales, recognize employees, and motivate the behaviours that drive the success of a company’s business.
I Love Rewards provides companies an online program with their own brand, and look and feel as an enabler to run their own corporate rewards program. Rewards are distributed as ‘points’ that are then used by employees to choose brand name reward merchandise (i.e. Apple), experiences (i.e. travel and special events), gift cards (assorted!) and virtual (i.e. music downloads) awards.
Corporations work with us to allocate points to certain behaviours that drive business success and are distrbuted to employees in several ways: as point uploads automatically, as PointCards (i.e. cards with a PIN number), from a company’s HRIS system, or adhoc and employees can log on and are empowered to choose the rewards they want, when they want them (save points for larger rewards).
