The How-to Help Desk (H2HD) is a service created to provide quick help on basic software questions people need answered.
When a businessperson asks the question â€œHow do I do THISâ€ regarding a basic software program, the How-to Help Desk will be the â€œgo toâ€ place to get a step-by-step answer provided by an on-shore business professional. Methods of receiving the answer will be flexible based on the needs of the customer. Specifically, phone coupled with screen-sharing over the Internet; video call (Skype); pre-recorded videos. Add-on services can include purchasing written documentation outlining the steps to complete the task; pre-recorded video of the solution; and full-service (have us do the task for you).
