HourTrax allows construction companies to track crews on the go with GPS and biometric enabled time and attendance software that runs on smartphones and tablets.
The application prevents companies from losing money when employees give incorrect labor data or enter hours for one another (“buddy punching”). The solution runs on iPhone, iPad, Android and BlackBerry like a time clock so managers can seamlessly track remote crews at multiple job sites. In addition, the application allows for bulk crew check-ins by supervisors and foremen.
The product also includes robust management tools such as customizable job codes (e.g. scaffolding, plumbing, roofing, etc.), crew categorization, administrator permissions, face or PIN verification options, employee account details, and more. Data is automatically used to generate time sheets.
