Horizon Fuel Cell Technologies was founded in Singapore where it established its advanced R&D laboratories, and established its consumer and industrial production facilities in Shanghai. During the past 5 years, Horizon’s team also developed localized representations in several countries around the world. Horizon recently opened a separate laboratory base in Singapore and dedicated to special projects in Aerospace and Defense.
