HealthEngine is an Australian company focussed on improving how patients access healthcare through technology.
As well as being a high traffic medical and health directory; HealthEngine has created Australia’s first health appointment marketplace; where patients can discover and book health appointments from participating GPs online.
This increases transparency in the GP appointments space; making it significantly easier for patients who want an urgent appointment to find one easily without having to call practices or wait in an emergency department.
Currently there are over 100 GP medical centres who have published appointments and thousands of patients who have used the service.
