HealthCicl.es is is a new website, owned by parent company Hale Information Technologies, designed to simplify communication between a patient and his or her doctors, and between the patient’s doctors. The website fulfills the need for an online/anywhere/anytime solution to the growing problem of large volumes of healthcare data and lack of time to organize formal communications.
