Waterfront and Riverside form Phase I of Hammersmith Embankment built in 2000. Current occupiers include Rapp Collins, Betfair, Opodo and Qualcomm. Phase II will complete the picture, bringing a further 615,000 sq ft of office, restaurant, cafe and exhibition space to this landmark location.
