Shared Labels in Gmail (http://grexit.com/shared-labels): Add a label to an email conversation in your inbox, and it appears in your colleagues inboxes with the label attached, within minutes! Its an amazingly simple way to way to share useful emails and attachments, assign tasks, and track status on Support and Sales queries.

Shared Email Archive (http://grexit.com/shared-email-archive): GrexIt gives your company a share area to which your team can easily add email conversations just by clicking a button on their email interface. This can also integrate with Gmail Labels to automate archival and sharing of important emails. Makes it super easy to share emails with contracts, product notes, invoices etc.

GrexIt is tightly integrated with Google Apps, and is available on the Google Apps marketplace. GrexIt is used by several hundreds of companies everyday.
