GreenCine is an online DVD rental service.

GreenCine’s inventory is focused on independent, foreign, arthouse, anime, and otherwise eclectic films. GreenCine includes adult titles in its rental subscription packages. Pricing begins at $9.95/month for 1-DVD-out at a time and up to 8-Out at $49.95/month. Movies are sent from customer’s queues in postage paid envelopes. Customer return their movies and are shipped the next items from their queue once their movies have been received.

GreenCine produces several blogs. The Daily (http://daily.greencine.com) aggregates independent film news and reviews. Guru (http://guru.greencine.com) reviews DVD releases. Central (http://www.greencine.com/central/) is where articles, lists, interviews, and other GreenCine-produced content is posted. Pravda (http://pravda.greencine.com/) is GreenCine’s PR blog.

GreenCine donates a portion of its proceeds to organizations that advance Film and the Arts.
