Graycon is an IT consulting firm focused on the SMB for whom we do full-time, part-time and ad-hoc IT support, projects, procurement and full IT outsourcings.
We specialize in IT only: User&Desktop Support, Networking (LAN/WAN, Unified Comm, wireless, etc), Infrastructure (server, mail, storage, backup, etc), Security and Cloud Solutions.
We have 6 offices covering Western Canada, and an employee only team of almost 150 certified, experienced technical people. Head office in Calgary with team of 90 here. Established in 1989 – 23 years of best practices, peer knowledge and deep industry experience.
We typically begin with a new client by performing a complete assessment of their IT (systems, problems, people, business goals supported, etc), usually for free or small fee. Or we can dive in if the client is hurting with immediate resolution and support. We will be around as long as the client needs us – some outsourcing engagements are in their 16th year. Quality matters.
