Our first product is Deaftel, a phone service for the Deaf. We convert a hearing person’s voice into text and the text response back into voice.
We do this without relay operators so the call will be private.
We are disrupting the OPI (Over the Phone Interpretation) industry. General Machines will replace human relay operators with our software and the cloud. This will allow us to offer a cheaper, faster, more private communication for hospitals, corporations, court systems…etc.
