Our Smartphone product enables customer self-service and assisted service by integrating to the enterprise’s existing contact center and CRM platform.
Our Smartphone Platform (GSP) is aimed at enterprises. We beleive enterpises will have to build smartphone apps to deliver a rich user experience. Mobile websites will not always suffice. Our platform makes it possible to build an app once, and deploy across multiple smartphone operating systems and app stores. Our platform provides for:
