Gamma Engineers’ software extends customer service to social media and smartphones.
Our Smartphone product enables customer self-service and assisted service by integrating to the enterprise’s existing contact center and CRM platform.
Our Smartphone Platform (GSP) is aimed at enterprises. We beleive enterpises will have to build smartphone apps to deliver a rich user experience. Mobile websites will not always suffice. Our platform makes it possible to build an app once, and deploy across multiple smartphone operating systems and app stores. Our platform provides for:
- Self Service - bill pay etc
- Assisted Service - integration to the contact center software, so the customer gets gets a call when they want help.
- Geofencing and Geolocation - using Alcatel Lucent Location Svc.
-Vertical Specific Features - canned features for each vertical (like accident toolkits for Car Insurance companies).
Our Social Relationship Management product integrates twitter, youtube, facebook etc to the enterprise. Enterprises get: - Brand monitoring - we provide measures of brand health, brand equity, word of mouth ratings etc. - Innovation Opportunities - show detail on how customer recommendations for a product, or a common problem with the product, or a new use of the product. - Customer Service - integrates to the contact center to make it possible for social media interactions to be routed, managed and reported like calls.
