Fraktal is the creator of Edicy.com, a simple web editing software. Fraktal was founded in late 2007 by some of the key figures at the founding of Skype (Toivo Annus and Märt Kelder) plus high profile web-specialists (Tõnu Runnel and Priit Haamer).
Fraktal is developing a new type of web service called Edicy, with which it is easy for everyone to quickly build a business website from scratch without outside help.

Edicy is a super simple tool to make websites with. A new site can be up and running in fifteen minutes, without previous experience or computer knowledge. More than 160 000 websites have been created with Edicy since it’s public beta launch in July 2008.
Edicy allows adding pictures, forms, videos, maps to rich text pages, translating a site into multiple languages and optimizing it for search engines.
Available in 15+ languages, Edicy focuses on the small businesses, startups, non-profits and freelancers. Users of the paid plan get additional storage space and can publish the site to any domain name.
Edicy is an Estonian startup, which won gold at the Estonian Internet Awards in 2009 and became a finalist at LeWeb 2008 startup competition.
