FounderFuel is a Montreal based accelerator program member of the TechStars network.
Teams selected to join the program are surrounded by like-minded entrepreneurs for an 12 intense weeks. During this time they are at the center of an ecosystem of experienced entrepreneurs, top executives, VCs, and Angels to accelerate the growth of their business. From this network, entrepreneurs receive invaluable advice via a series of workshops, feature presentations and one-to-one input from the mentors they click with.
The program culminates on Demo Day, the grand finale event where each team presents to an audience of over 500 people including investors from the US, Europe and Canada.
Each team receives a $10K investment, plus an additional $5K per co-founder in exchange for 6% equity in the company. As an example, a team of 3 will receive a total of $25K.
