The Follow2 Add-on for Firefox is a Site Update Notifier which allows to get on-line updated information from favorite sites, blogs, forums, rss feeds and more.
It is very powerful tool that could handle the user favorite sites and check for updates in real-time to notify when updated information comes from the web-sites chooses.
The Follow2 status bar contains simple buttons options dialog, and right-click menu that allow the user to manage any favorite sites in the web-site list.
Follow2 allows to submit a site, and each time one of the favorite sites is updated, you will see the notification in the status bar which tells you the site was updated, you can click on the notification to view the new updated information.
