FlyCast, formerly known as FlyTunes, is an independent company, not affiliated with Apple or any other media, technology or music company.

FlyCast delivers over 1000 channels of music, talk, weather, and traffic to portable devices using wireless streaming technology.

FlyCast is presently available on the Apple iPhone and iPod touch, BlackBerry Storm, Bold, Curve and the Android G1. FlyCast will be made available on other new devices as they are released.

Desktop and Laptop users can experience the FlyCast network using the downloadable widget; available for PC, Mac and Unix based computers.

The FlyCast iPhone App is a radio application that allows users to pause live on all stations, skip songs, surf the web with an embedded web browser and listen to any channel in the shoutcast directory. They have also added some new features such as Streamahead, which allows users to listen to a channel even when there is no connection & Top of the Hour, which allows latecomers to talk radio to jump back to the top of the hour.
