Flip Holding Ltd. was founded in December 2005 in the British Virgin Islands (BVI) and is the holding company for Flip Media FZ-LLC and Flip Media Pvt. Ltd.
In 2006, Flip Media Investment Ltd. was setup as the parent company to Flip Holdings Ltd. with major shareholders Martin Diessner and Dinesh Lalvani, and since 28th of December 2006 also HSBC.
In January 2012, Publicis Group acquired 100% of Flip Media and announced that he agency will be folded into Leo Burnett Worldwide and will retain its name.
