Flexpansion

Flexpansion’s product, Flexible Text Expansion, helps people type faster on mobile and full-sized devices. It is an advanced form of word prediction, which, in addition to taking ‘regular’ input of the beginning of each word, also converts abbreviated ‘txt msg spk’ into full text, speeding the creation of emails, documents, reports etc.

The product is derived from the PhD research of founder and CEO, Dr Tim Willis, the only Edinburgh University Informatics thesis to be granted ‘confidential’ status for five years.

We are currently seeking partners and funding, and welcome contact from interested parties.
