FairSetup provides products and services focused on a novel impact-based compensation model. Their offerings range from deployment of a Performance Management System (FairImpact) to setting up true profit-sharing systems (FairShare) to improve cash-flow, support good culture, and maintain transparency of management for start-ups, growth-stage, and establishing companies.
The FairSetup concept was invented by Nikita Bernstein when he encountered the problem of aligning employee and company goals at JOVE (www.jove.com), a company that he previously co-founded.
