Extreme Enterprises, Inc. (EEI) is an American, Delaware registered, privately held company, with several American Florida based subsidiaries.

Its current Florida based subsidiaries are: Extreme Design Services, LLC., Extreme Entertainment Media, LLC., and YourNight.com, LLC. EEI’s subsidiaries offer corporate design and media services along with the launch of their own internet software’s YourNight.com and CinnaBid.com.
