ExpertFlyer is a subscription based tool for frequent flyers and business travelers who want to have more in-depth information. The type of information that only travel agents are able to see.
The main features are Flight Availability searching, Award and Upgrade inventory searching, Seat Map viewing, Fare Information including full Routing and Fare Rules and the unique Flight Alert tool. The Flight Alert serivce will keep checking for inventory to become available on whatever flight and class the user wants (even award and upgrade inventory) and will email the user when it becomes available so the user doesn’t have to keep calling and airline or check their website.
