eXp Realty is a National Real Estate Brokerage with an innovative business environment for collaborating, supporting agents with their listings and transactions, and an ecosystem for social interaction in and outside of the organization.

The company was established in the fall of 2009 following a name change from BuyerTours Realty established February 2007.

eXp focus is on technology and agent compensation, they have eliminated the traditional brick and mortar business model and moved 100% virtual, connecting with consumers both online and offline.

Contributing to the success of eXp Realty is an aggressive and favorable growth incentive for affiliates, a network of high-trafficked real estate websites in major metros across the country and an education and mentor platform for agents.

eXp Realty now represents clients in Arizona and Washington State with Oregon opening on January 4, 2010 and several additional states opening the following months.
