EvoLux Transportation is an aviation technology company that offers non-scheduled helicopter excursions and “sky-limo†shuttles to and from airports, heliports, stadiums/arenas, casinos, and golf/beach resorts throughout South Florida at per-seat pricing. EvoLux has coordinated an inventory fleet of 30+ helicopters that vary in size, mission capability, and geographic point of origin, by partnering with FAA Part-135 helicopter operators at low flat rates in exchange for volume. Our proof of concept operating space ranges from North Palm Beach to the Keys, and Naples to the Bahamas, where we have established an ever growing network of vertiport locations. EvoLux’s system is based on Operation Heli-STAR (Helicopter Short-Haul Transportation and Aviation Research) that was conducted by Georgia Tech Research Institute, the FAA Vertical Flight Committee, and Industry Partners for personnel and cargo transport for the 1996 Olympic Games in Atlanta. EvoLux’s mission is to make helicopter travel more easily accessible and affordable as an alternative mode of transport. We plan to scale our operating space network throughout the state and expand into other congested metropolitan markets over the next 3 to 5 years.
