Equidy is a peer to peer lending platform for residential and commercial real estate mortgage loans where lenders and borrowers deal directly without pesky banks or secondary lending institutions like Fannie Mae, or Freddie Mac.
Borrowers can borrow between $30,000 and $1 million to purchase, refinance, build, or flip/rehab a property. Equidy’s investors enjoy steady monthly returns and may browse, select, and diversify their investments all online. Investors’ average annual net yields are about 10% and are secured by a first deed of trust recorded against the property.
